About

Elizabeth

Elizabeth leads We.’s initiatives to build and foster an inclusive, thriving, future-oriented culture that supports our people and the agency's business goals. She focuses on developing strong leaders, promoting diversity, equity and inclusion, boosting employee engagement, and ensuring that We.'s cultural strategy works well across regions. She has been a member of the Global Executive Team since 2020.

Previously, Elizabeth served as the agency's first Head of DEI, where she established a global framework to guide We.'s efforts, introduced new employee engagement and training programs, and worked closely with HR, Employee Resource Groups and executive leaders to embed DEI into all aspects of the agency. Her focus on creating career development opportunities and making space for social and cultural conversations has created a more inclusive environment for all.

With two decades of experience spanning account management, Elizabeth was a senior leader in We.’s Consumer Sector, using data-informed strategies to advise McDonald’s, Microsoft, VSP, Cisco, Volvo and other clients on brand reputation, executive communications and DEI. Elizabeth also led the PR team for Microsoft’s brick-and-mortar retail expansion across North America. She continues to advise We. teams on DEI communications. Before joining the agency, she led communications for a community foundation.

Outside work, Elizabeth is passionate about serving neighbors in need by volunteering with St. Vincent de Paul’s West Seattle chapter, where families and individuals get help with rent, utilities, food and more. She loves a good karaoke outing and seeing Broadway musicals and is still searching for the best New Mexican chile in the Pacific Northwest.
