Chief of Agency Development
Kate leads the evolution of We.’s global operational models to support the agency’s growth and strategic priorities, working closely with teams around the world to drive operational excellence, scale impact and future-proof the business.
She previously served as We.’s Chief Talent Officer, where she helped shape the agency’s people-first culture and build the agency’s reputation as an employer of choice for communications professionals. Her global HR leadership emphasized employee development, inclusion and belonging — earning We. a 100% rating on the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index.
Before her time in HR leadership, Kate served as Vice President and Microsoft Account Chief of Staff, where she led cross-functional initiatives and launched development programs that inspired people to learn collaboratively, live boldly and give back. Kate brings a deep commitment to purpose, people and progress in everything she does, including her role as Board Chair for LitWorld, a global children’s literacy organization focused on the power of storytelling.
As a proud mother of two and the world’s worst cook, Kate’s more likely to be found at the latest restaurant than in the kitchen. Her version of outdoorsy is more rosé on a deck than camping—but she’s very much open to glamping. Her go-to karaoke song, performed only under duress and with a large group: “Livin’ on a Prayer” by Bon Jovi.
