Stephanie Marchesi

Stephanie leads We.’s award-winning global health sector, advising companies working in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, diagnostics, digital health and devices on effective communications to reach stakeholders and deliver better health solutions to people throughout the world. She also oversees the agency’s EMEA region, pulling from her experience working across a broad range of industries and her expertise in client strategy, business development and global partnerships to drive cross-regional growth and collaboration.  

A business builder and deep strategic thinker with an innate ability to diagnose clients’ central business problems, Stephanie guides organizations beyond traditional approaches to integrated, transformational communications solutions that help them break through and make a meaningful difference. We.’s North American health sector, which she built from the ground up, was named the 2025 Outstanding Agency Practice for U.S. Healthcare by PRWeek.  

Before We., Stephanie held leadership positions at some of the largest public relations firms in the world, including FleishmanHillard, Ketchum, MSL and Burson (previously Cohn & Wolfe and GCI), where she counseled Fortune 500 health, consumer and technology companies on product, corporate and executive communications.  

Stephanie is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and a former board member of the YPO New York City Chapter.  She also serves on several advisory boards for startups and academic institutions.  

She lives in Connecticut with her husband and two sons. She loves to cook and finds yoga helps her balance it all. She travels — a lot — so look for her at an airport near you.
