Region Builds Momentum with New Leadership, New Clients and Expanded Offerings
LONDON — May 28, 2025 — We. Communications today named Stephanie Marchesi as President, EMEA. Her appointment further positions the agency to accelerate growth across the region, building on We.’s refreshed brand, which focuses on the agency’s unique ability to help businesses communicate through complexity in today’s ever-changing world. This role represents expanded responsibilities for Marchesi who also will continue in her role as President, We. GlobalHealth.
“Stephanie is both a builder and a strategist—someone who sees the big picture and knows how to bring it to life,” said Dawn Beauparlant, We.’s Global President. “She’s been instrumental in shaping our business—from accelerating the growth of our global health sector, to deepening cross-regional collaboration, to leading the charge on our global brand refresh. Her ability to connect vision with execution makes her the ideal leader to guide the next chapter of our growth in EMEA.”
An industry veteran, including eight years at We., Marchesi will be responsible for strengthening EMEA operations and nurturing talent; elevating its capabilities in high-value C-suite advisory services; accelerating growth of technology and health sectors; integrating expanded capabilities in AI, social impact and content creation; as well as evaluating the agency’s opportunity to expand its presence in select markets. For the firm’s award-winning Global Health Sector, which Marchesi has led from its nascency, she will continue to lead efforts to innovate new solutions to client business problems and grow and expand client relationships, including work with 13 of the top 25 biopharma companies.
“I’m energized to take on these expanded responsibilities during this pivotal time in our industry and world, to help We. build both our brand and reputation in EMEA for our ability to run toward the hard stuff to help clients navigate some of the most complex business problems they have ever faced,” said Marchesi.
Marchesi’s appointment is further buoyed by portfolio expansion in the region, including two new wins for its social impact team, Hopscotch, a We. company: a competitive tender to partner with the Royal Academy of Engineering on STEM education research, and a multichannel communication campaign promoting the new Shape Your Skills Award to primary schools for the Leadership Skills Foundation. Both additions reflect We.’s expertise in social impact, using communications to address issues around health and wellbeing, future skills and employability, sustainability, and education.
We.’s EMEA operations are also seeing positive client response to their recently launched AI Academy, which offers flexible training options for communications teams covering both foundational and advanced topics. We. partnered with Microsoft to launch AI Tours in Kenya, Morocco, Nigeria and South Africa, strengthening the continent’s position in the global AI economy.
“This is an exciting time for We.,” said Marchesi. “We are ready to capitalize on our momentum, continuing to build our teams and centers of excellence in the U.K., Germany and Africa, leading our clients to navigate and thrive in an ever-changingworld.”
