A number of agency CEOs hope AI will bridge divides. "My biggest wish for 2025 is that communication becomes a true bridge, powered by AI's brilliance but grounded in humanity's heart,” says Melissa Waggener Zorkin. “Let technology amplify our creativity and empathy, so brands not only tell stories but also heal divides and inspire trust in a world that needs it more than ever."
