
Sydney, Australia, 8 October 2025 - We. Communications, one of Australia’s leading communication agencies, has a new look leadership team, underscoring the agency’s commitment to helping brands stay relevant in a fast-changing world.
The Executive Management Team (EMT) is tasked with driving the next stage of growth for the agency, coming on the back of a string of recent wins across the agency’s health, technology, corporate and integrated marketing practices.

The revamped leadership team includes:
Emma Hussey (maternity leave) maintains her substantive role as Head of Health, having built a strong practice and reputation with clients across the health spectrum.
John Egan retains his role leading We.’s finance function, having just completed five years with the agency.
