They partnered with We. to design a program to equip SAP employees with the critical skills, mindset, and collaboration needed to excel with dynamic communication strategies in a fast-paced business environment.

The Approach:

We. crafted a series of engaging training modules that led with data and insights and guided participants through exercises based on real-time trending topics and industry news cycles. Customized sessions included an SAP AI Academy, Visual Storymaking, Crisis and Issues Management and Digital Transformation.

The Impact:

By cross-training more than 500 employees across various functions, SAP is significantly enhancing its communication strategies, ensuring a unified and dynamic approach that strengthens the organization's overall effectiveness and competitive edge.
