SEATTLE – June 12, 2025 – We. Communications today announced the appointment of Lindsey Bastani as Head of the Technology Sector for North America. The move comes as the agency accelerates its momentum, following several recent client wins including Autodesk and onsemi, and sharpens its focus on helping companies communicate with clarity in a complex and rapidly changing world.
Bastani’s role will be pivotal in scaling We.’s technology offering across North America — advising some of the agency’s largest clients, deepening its AI expertise, and delivering integrated strategies that reach across industries and audiences, from developers to CIOs to everyday consumers.

Bastani brings nearly two decades of experience in perception-shifting communications, brand transformation and executive counsel. She has been instrumental in delivering measurable impact for industry leaders such as Adobe, Cisco, Intel, Microsoft and Nike, as well as fast-growing innovators like onsemi, Analog Devices, Rover and Volvo.
Prior to taking on the role of technology sector lead, she served as general manager of We.’s Portland office where she expanded the agency’s portfolio of clients, boosted employee engagement amid the shift to a hybrid work environment, and championed marquee community impact efforts.
