SEATTLE — July 17, 2025 — We. Communications today announced expanded leadership roles that reflect the opportunity ahead for its growing global health sector. Kristen Jordan-Poinsette is being elevated to head the North America health sector, and Christina Corso will lead growth and integration for We. Global Health.
These roles reflect a breakthrough year for We.’s award-winning global health business, following exceptional growth in North America, where the business surged by 70%. Today, We. Global Health operates in seven countries and partners with 13 of the world’s top 25 biopharma companies globally — a testament to its growing influence across the health ecosystem.
“This marks a significant moment in the evolution of our health business,” said Stephanie Marchesi, We. Communications’ President of Global Health and EMEA. “Kristen and Christina represent the best of We. — client-focused, people-oriented, big thinkers and forward-looking, with a certain fearlessness that leads them to run toward the hard stuff. They are both incredible collaborators who have helped build the business to where it is today, and we are confident they will continue to drive growth and innovation in our health business.”
As EVP, Head of the NA Health Sector, Jordan-Poinsette will oversee all aspects of We.’s health sector, from client growth to talent development. She has played a pivotal role in the agency’s healthcare success for more than seven years, leading marquee accounts including Amgen and Merck (known as MSD outside the United States and Canada). She will continue to serve as general manager of We.’s New York office.
“As the healthcare landscape undergoes massive transformation, We. is uniquely positioned to help clients navigate what’s next,” said Jordan-Poinsette. “Our strength lies in our ability to connect across health, technology, AI and policy — and I’m excited to lead our team in shaping the future of health communications.”
In the role of EVP, Head of We. Global Health Growth & Integration, Corso will work closely with Jordan-Poinsette, Marchesi and We.’s health leaders in EMEA and APAC to identify and lead new business opportunities across the globe and create a seamless experience for We.’s multinational healthcare clients. She also will help oversee the development of the global team’s capabilities, brand profile and thought leadership. In her nearly seven years with We., Corso has played a major role in cultivating multimarket opportunities, leading to the growth and expansion of some of the team’s work with key healthcare clients such as Elsevier, LEO Pharma and Otsuka.
“With more healthcare companies operating internationally, there is a greater need to help them manage global communications amid geopolitical challenges and enhance cultural unity in their programs,” said Corso. “I am eager to expand my role and work with Stephanie, Kristen and our global healthcare team to enhance offerings for our multimarket clients and create new opportunities for We.”
“In a world where complexity has become the new constant, our clients increasingly gravitate toward solutions informed by a deep understanding of the local market, macro trends and emerging innovations. More than ever, success hinges on effective communications,” said Marchesi. “It’s exciting to be able to set up We. Global Health for continued momentum throughout the world.”
Both Kristen Jordan-Poinsette and Christina Corso will continue reporting to Marchesi.
