Jaguar Land Rover

Empowering Young People to Shape the Future of Automotive

Background

The automotive industry faces a huge STEM skills gap, with 4.3 million workers needed by 2030. Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) teamed up with We. to spark young people’s interest in STEM, break down stereotypes and open doors—creating fairer opportunities to build diverse industry talent for the future.

The Approach: Tapping JLR's Culture to Create a Standout Offer

In a crowded STEM education space, we needed a strategy that fused JLR’s distinct identity with a fresh approach to skills development, balancing global ambition with local impact.

Using research, focus groups, competitor analysis and persona mapping, we created JLR Create Possible—a programme that reframes STEM through real-world challenges, creativity and social purpose, inspiring more diverse young talent.

At its heart is the Creators’ Cycle, a model that shows young people how their everyday talents can lead to surprising career paths, helping them turn what they love into a future in STEM.

"Through Create Possible, JLR is unlocking young people’s potential by showing them that STEM can be a path to shaping a better world and turning passions into purpose."
