We. Communications has appointed GiGi Downs as head of We. Studio. In her new role, Downs reports directly to We. global president Dawn Beauparlant. She will lead the North America We. Studio team, including creative strategy, creative production, social, digital, research, analytics and operations. She will also play a leadership role in We.'s cross-agency AI work, an agency spokesperson told PRWeek.
